About me
My name is Junpei 'Joni' Zhong. I work as a research assistive professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. My research interests center around adaptive assistive technologies and robotics for elderly, patients and disabled people. The adaptation is realised by the involvement of individual’s difference by human-in-the-learning loop learning. We recognise their differences in physiology and behaviours. This require inter-disciplinary research across cognitive sciences, cognitive robotics and machine learning.
